  • $650,000 loan limit to 80% LTV & 95% Combined LTV (1st & 2nd mortgage)
  • $750,000 loan limit to 75% LTV & 95% Combined LTV (1st & 2nd mortgage)
  • $1,000,000 loan limit to 70% LTV & 95% Combined LTV (1st & 2nd mortgage)
  • $2,000,000 loan limit to 60% LTV no 2nd mortgages permitted
Cash-Out Refinances
  • $400,000 loan limit to 80% LTV - no 2nd mortgages permitted
